Welcome to i4 Exotics Orlando. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, vehicle rental services, and related offerings. By booking a rental or using our services, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old and possess a valid driver’s license to rent a vehicle. For certain vehicles, age restrictions may be higher and additional documentation may be required.

2. Rental Requirements

To rent a vehicle from i4 Exotics Orlando, you must:

  • Provide a valid driver’s license

  • Hold valid insurance

  • Present a credit card with sufficient funds for deposit and rental fees or pay upfront in cash.

  • Agree to our Rental Agreement at the time of pickup

3. Booking and Payments

All reservations require a deposit. Full payment is due prior to the start of the rental period. We accept major credit cards. Cancellation policies and applicable fees are disclosed during checkout.

4. Vehicle Use

Renters agree to operate vehicles responsibly and within the law. The following are strictly prohibited:

  • Unauthorized drivers

  • Use in racing, drifting, or illegal activities, aggressive driving and excessive speeding.

  • Driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol

  • Smoking inside the vehicle

Violating these rules may result in additional fees, termination of the rental, or legal action.

5. Mileage and Fuel

Vehicles may be subject to mileage limits. Additional miles may incur extra charges. All vehicles must be returned with the same fuel level as received or a refueling fee will apply.

6. Damage and Liability

Renters are responsible for any damage, loss, or theft during the rental period. Damage will be assessed upon vehicle return and charges applied to your payment method on file. Insurance or a damage waiver may be available at the time of booking.

7. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Refunds are subject to our cancellation policy, which will be provided at the time of booking. No-shows or last-minute cancellations may forfeit the reservation deposit.

8. Delivery and Pickup

We offer delivery and pickup services throughout the Orlando area, subject to availability and additional fees. Delivery terms will be agreed upon during booking.

9. Limitation of Liability

i4 Exotics Orlando is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our vehicles or services. Our total liability is limited to the rental amount paid by you.

10. Privacy

We collect and use your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to such collection and use.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
