Q: What types of vehicles do you rent?
A: We specialize in luxury, exotic, and high-performance vehicles, including brands like Lamborghini, Ferrari, Rolls-Royce, McLaren, Mercedes-AMG, and more. Whether you're exploring International Drive, heading to Disney or Universal, or cruising downtown Orlando, we’ve got the perfect ride.

Q: Where are you located?
A: I4 Exotics is based in Orlando, Florida, conveniently located near major attractions and highways. We also offer delivery and pickup services to Orlando International Airport (MCO), hotels, and private residences across the metro area.


Rental Requirements

Q: What do I need to rent a car from I4 Exotics Orlando?
A: You must:

  • Be at least 21 years old (select vehicles require 25+)

  • Have a valid driver’s license

  • Provide proof of insurance

  • Sign rental contract and pay deposits to cover incidentals on cars.

Q: Is insurance required?
A: Yes. You’ll need to show proof of full coverage insurance. If your policy doesn’t cover exotic vehicles, we can refer you to temporary rental coverage providers.

Q: Do you perform a credit check?
A: No credit check is required, but we do assess driver responsibility and history.


Reservations & Payments

Q: How do I reserve a vehicle?
A: You can book directly on our website at i4exoticsorlando.com, or by phone or text. A deposit is required to confirm your reservation.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, Zelle, Apple Pay, and cash (in person).

Q: Is there a security deposit?
A: Yes. A refundable security deposit is required. The amount depends on the vehicle and rental duration, typically ranging from $500–$2,500.


During the Rental

Q: What’s the mileage limit?
A: Most rentals include 100 miles/day. Additional miles are charged depending on the car—ask for exact rates per model.

Q: Can I take the vehicle outside of Orlando?
A: Yes, but we must approve trips outside of Central Florida. Long-distance travel (e.g. to Miami, Tampa, Jacksonville) may incur additional fees or require documentation.

Q: Can I add another driver?
A: Yes, additional drivers must meet the same rental requirements and be added to the rental agreement.


Pickup, Delivery & Returns

Q: Do you deliver vehicles?
A: Yes! We offer vehicle delivery and pickup across Orlando, including:

  • Orlando International Airport (MCO)

  • Downtown hotels

  • Disney and Universal Resorts

  • Kissimmee, Lake Buena Vista, Winter Park

Q: What’s your return policy?
A: Vehicles must be returned on time, clean, and with the same fuel level. Late returns may incur an additional hourly or daily fee.

A: Contact us immediately. We provide 24/7 customer support, and all vehicles are covered by roadside assistance services.


Policies & Fees

Q: Do you charge late fees?
A: Yes. Rentals returned after the agreed time may incur late fees. If you're running behind, please contact us to avoid extra charges.

Q: What’s your cancellation policy?
A: Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance receive a full refund (minus any processing fees). Cancellations within 48 hours may forfeit the deposit.

Q: Is smoking or vaping allowed in the vehicle?
A: No. A $500+ detailing fee will apply if there’s any evidence of smoking.
